The Butterfly

I mentioned a rather lovely quote to friends on Thursday, which beautifully captures the paradox of happiness:

It’s from Dr. Eric Perry, PhD who writes a rather uplifting blog on mental health.

Happiness is indeed a butterfly. Most of my life I’ve been chasing it; but it helps to be reminded – it only alights if you sit still.
